On May 31, 2013, the 56.2m Supply Vessel DP1 / XYF218 built by Xin Yue Feng Shipyard Ltd. completed official sea trial successfully. All the testing items were fully met or exceeded the design requirements. The vessel was built under the survey of BUREAU VERITAS with the notation: I + Hull + Mach; Tug ; Supply vessel ; Fire fighting ship 1; Water Spraying; Special service - Anchor Handling; Unrestricted navigation; +DYNAPOS -AM/AT. Two 2040KW @ 1000RPM WARTSILA main engines were equipped, and one bow thruster and one stern thruster were fitted for the powerful capacity of positioning. Three 400KW Caterpillar main generator sets were installed on board, and two 1000KW shaft generators driven by main engines supply the power to the bow and stern thrusters.
